convenient and clean stay with minor issues
The cleanliness of the facility stood out, and the provided amenities made my stay comfortable. Relaxing in the onsen was a nice way to unwind, although I found it slightly cramped.
The onsen, while enjoyable, could have been larger.

Solo travelers convenience
This place was just what I needed after a long flight no doubt the shower room was a real gem, refreshing after the journey. The ladies lounge was a nice touch too, gave me a break from the main area.
It wasn't cheap but still totally acceptable for the comfort I got.

Incredible experience resting between flights with clean facilities and a relaxing onsen. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, adding to the positive experience!

Hit up Akasaka Umaya for some grilled goods that will leave you drooling, and there’s nothing like waking up and being just a lift ride away from catching your flight. Clean and cozy facilities made this solo traveler’s night surprisingly chill!
But man, those capsule slippers could be a size or two bigger. one-size-fits-all doesn’t vibe with everyone. The noise from other guests was a bit of a buzzkill too.

The stay was quite convenient, especially for someone like me who had an early morning flight. I appreciated the cleanliness and the spaciousness of my cabin. The amenities were decent, including a hot sento pool and various toiletries. However, the mattress felt uncomfortably hard, and the TV options were limited for non-Japanese speakers.

Clean, spacious accommodations with complimentary pajamas, toothbrushes, and toiletries provided a comfortable stay. The shared facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The lack of sound privacy due to the partial door might be an issue for light sleepers, but the location is perfect for those needing easy access to flights, making it very convenient. Homemade rolls were an excellent snack option available in the lobby's vending machines.

The Business Class Cabin was just a sleeping space, which was fine for one night. It had a double bed and some essentials like a TV, a small safe for valuables, and comfy slippers. The best part? The spa area was awesome! The check-in was a bit tricky to find but the staff were super friendly and helpful. I also liked that they let you keep big luggage for free.
